Refund policy

no refunds or returns unless the piece arrives damaged/malfunctioning. if that is the case, please contact us immediately within 7 days.  a lot of time and energy is put in at the studio to hand make pieces and most of them are made to order or pre-order. we aren't amazon, and just can't afford to survive as a company by accepting returns on a whim and the likely-hood a product will arrive back to us in the same condition as we sent it, are slim.  we know because packing sucks and takes a lot of time and care.

that isn't to say that we aren't human.  if something is really bothering you, please email us info@objectsforobjects.com, we will try and figure something out that makes everyone happy.
